1. How to Pay

• Bank Transfer (local or international)
• Cash (USD or TZS) — on arrival or pickup
• Online card payments (on request)

2. Booking Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your fishing trip.
• The balance can be paid on the day of the tour or earlier by arrangement.

3. Confirmation

• Once your deposit is received, we’ll confirm your booking by email or WhatsApp.
• We’ll also share final pickup time, weather updates, and what to bring.

4. Last-Minute Bookings

• Last-minute trips can be arranged depending on boat and crew availability. Contact us to check.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or refund in full.
